Team members and welcome videos

Add a team member

1. Go to Team and press Add member.
2. Enter their Full name and, if you like, a Title / position such as Lead Dentist.
3. Press Save changes.

Profile photo (required)

A clear, front-facing headshot. Patients see it in the patient portal.

1. Press Take photo or Upload.
2. Drag and zoom so their face sits in the circle, then press Apply.

Someone without a photo can't be chosen when grading. Their card says Finish setup until they have one.

Welcome video (for Generated Video only)

A short hello that opens the Generated Video consult. You only need one if this person will use that delivery method. Personal Video and Text message don't use it.

1. Press Record or Upload (MP4, MOV or WebM).
2. Press Set thumbnail and choose the frame patients see before they press play.

Keep it to 20 to 40 seconds:

• Say hello and introduce yourself.
• Thank them for sending their photos.
• Say you've reviewed their smile and pass over to "Ben, our virtual smile consultant", who explains the rest.

Film in landscape, in good light, in a quiet room, with your face in the middle of the frame.

What the badges mean

• Finish setup: no photo yet, so they can't grade.
• No welcome video: can grade, but not with Generated Video.
• Ready: all set.

Switch someone to inactive to hide them from grading without deleting them.
