How SmileReply works

SmileReply turns a patient's smile photos into a personal consultation, without them coming in first.

The five steps

  1. 1
    The patient sends their photos

On your website they take five photos of their smile (front, left, right, upper and lower), add their details and tell you what they'd like to improve. They get an email straight away saying you'll be in touch, usually within 1 to 2 days.

  2. 2
    You're notified

An email arrives, and the assessment appears in Submissions as New. Our AI looks at the photos in the background and drafts findings for you to check.

  3. 3
    You grade it

You review the photos, confirm the findings, choose the treatments and plan, and pick how to deliver it. See Grading a submission.

  4. 4
    You send it

The patient gets a text and an email with a link to their consultation. For a video consult, these go out once the video has finished preparing.

  5. 5
    The patient watches and responds

They watch their video, see their before and after, plan and pricing, and can book, ask the AI questions, or message you.
